Bees tagged in London to help foraging research

Researchers at Queen Mary University in London, looking into identifying bees favourite foraging location in London have tagged and released hundreds of bees, to collect data about bees foraging behaviour in London.
The first batch of the ‘research bees’ saw five hundred bees released from a rooftop in London. Hundreds more of the tagged bees are to be released over coming months. You can watch a video of the bees being tagged and then released in a video located here.
